Mini Bow

A mini bow makes for a great hair accessory, a simple pin or cute baby bowtie! This pattern is great to use up any of your leftover yarn and it works with any size yarn and needles!

Cast on 7 stitches.
Knit 21 rows.
Bind off all sts and sew in ends.

Measure 30cm of yarn. Tie string around the middle of the bow. Wrap the string around the bow as many times as you wish. Tie again and tuck ends into the wrap. 

Attach bow to a bobby pin, an alligator clip, a safety pin or whatever device is best suited to your purpose.

Christmas Light Bulbs

This pattern is great to use up any of your leftover yarn. It works with any size yarn or needles!

Cast on 3 sts
Kfb of each st onto a DPN (6 sts)
K round
(Kfb, K1) x3 (9 sts)
K round
(Kfb, K2) x3 (12 sts)
K round
(Kfb, K3) x3 (15 sts)
K round
(Kfb, K4) x3 (18 sts)
K 3 rounds
K2tog all around

Fill light bulb with stuffing. Switch from bulb yarn to plug yarn.

K 3 rounds
K3tog all around
K3tog and tie knot

Tie yarn into a look to hand the light from. Sew in ends.

Pumpkins

Gauge does not matter for this pattern. Feel free to use scrap yarn.

Using 4 double pointed needles, cast on 18 sts (6 sts per DPN).
*K1, p1, repeat from* to last stitch. Repeat for 1 row.
*Kfb, P1, repeat from* to last stitch. 
*K2, p1, repeat from* to last stitch. Repeat for 1 row.
*Kfb, k1, P1, repeat from* to last stitch. 
*K3, p1, repeat from* to last stitch. Repeat for 2 rows.
*K2tog, k1, P1, repeat from* to last stitch. 
*K2, P1, repeat from* to last stitch. Repeat for 1 row. 
*K2tog, P1, repeat from* to last stitch. Repeat for 1 row. 
K2tog all around.
K3tog all around

Thread darning needle through remaining stitches. Pull tight and tie off. Using a tapestry needle, weave in all ends. 

Stem

Cast on 16 sts (4 sts per DPN).
K1 row in round.
K2tog all around.
K1 row in round.
K3tog all around.
K3sts onto 1 needle.
K3 rows flat like i-cord.

Bind off knitwise. Sew stem onto the pumpkin. Using a tapestry needle, weave in all ends.
